Bradley Glider Towline Reel

Designed by Paul Bradley (and produced by permission), this 3D-Printed Towline Glider Reel is a 10:1 ratio with a 3" diameter reel, producing just over 90" of line-in for each turn of the crank handle.  Designed with the Flying Aces Club Scale Glider event in mind, it comes pre-filled with 50 meters / 54 yards (FAC maximum) of 30lb high-visibility yellow flyline backing and a fishing swivel for the glider hook attachment.  Printed in ABS, it utilizes four shielded ball bearings for smooth operation.  It also includes a thumb-activated reel lock to allow you to set the reel down without the reel unwinding.

* - You will need to add a 20 square-inch (minimum - this is about 4.5" square) flag on the end of the line.  This will assist the line coming off the glider (and is required by the FAC rules).

The price reflects the 7-hours of print time, top quality metal hardware, and just under 1 hour of assembling and finishing of the item.

Comes in Right and Left hand versions. Select your choice.

• If you are RIGHT HANDED and hold the winder in your left hand, order the RIGHT HAND version.
• If you are LEFT HANDED and hold the winder in your right hand, order the LEFT HAND version.
