Holy Ike OT Stick Short Kit

This Old Timer plan was very difficult to track down.  I was able to obtain photos of the plan from Bob DeShields and there was enough information to recreate the plans.
THIS IS A VERY COMPLICATED BUILD (and kit)!  Vito Garafalo's original plan, much like his Arch Angel and Heaven Bound, utilized sliced ribs.  I have painstakingly created individual laser-cut top and bottom ribs for all stations, including the horizontal stabilizer.  These include bases that locate and hold the Leading and Trailing Edges which will slice away cleanly after assembly - also, they properly locate the internal spars.  (I legally could have created solid ribs, but I truly wanted to recreate the wing original construction.)   The fuselage is very straightforward - a rectangular cross section made from 1/8" square balsa.

The model builds to be rather large for a FAC Old Time Stick - based on the old Class "C" event - while the span is 36", the flat area is 152 square inches (projected is 148 sq.in.)
With the tapered wing tips, swept horizontal and twin fins, it is a very "swoopy" design and something different than you see every day at the flying field.
This SHORT KIT contains a new 43"x17" plan and NINE sheets of laser cut parts, plus 3D printed DT hinge parts.
ALL VOLARE KITS ARE MADE IN SMALL BATCHES. IF STOCK-ON-HAND IS ZERO, A NEW BATCH WILL BE PRODUCED SOON. SIMPLY ORDER ANYWAY AND WE WILL MAKE THEM.
